If it is attached in place with screws remove the screws first then lift the door out.

There s a cartridge within your screen door that contains two wheels.
This cartridge can move up and down inside the screen door and is held in place by two screws.
Some glass patio doors come with a removable protective screen.
These wheels are what allow the screen door to move along a track.

Slip a flathead screwdriver under the wheels and push them upwards as you lift.
Then jam in the screwdriver and turn.
If the fixed side of the sliding glass door is held up by a metal strip that attaches to the door jamb remove it.
Once you remove all the screws lift the door up and make sure that it is completely removed from the bottom track of the door frame.
Then tilt it slightly with help and remove it from the upper track of the door frame as well.
Depending on the door handle design the faceplate may be able to slide completely off.
